TEN THINGS WE BELIEVE.
1. Shipping is now free. Taste isn't.
Anyone with Cursor and a weekend can ship an MVP in 2026. The work that compounds is the layer above shipping — knowing what's worth building, designing it with intention, refusing what would have been good enough. That layer is what we sell.
2. We don't write decks.
Decks are how studios survive without shipping. We've never sent a client a deck and we never will. If we have an idea, we'll build it. If we can't build it yet, we'll show you the closest working version we can make this week.
2. We don't write decks.

3. Speed without taste is just slop, faster.
The market is drowning in technically-functional AI products that nobody asked for and nobody will remember. We refuse to add to the pile. Every engagement starts with the harder question: should this exist? If the answer is no, we say so before we take your money.
4. The version worth keeping is the only version worth shipping.
Most AI products in 2026 won't survive Q3. We build the ones still in your customers' hands six months later. That's the bar. Not faster than the competition. Not cheaper. Better in a way that compounds.
5. We work with a small number of clients each year.
We turn down more work than we take. Not because we're precious about it — because the math of doing this work properly only holds at small scale. If you came here looking for a vendor with fake capacity, whilst juggling to fill projects with contractors, we're not it.
6. The price isn't the conversation.
We charge what the work is worth. We don't discount, and we don't bundle. If our pricing feels like a lot, we're probably not the right studio for you, and we'll tell you who is. If our pricing feels like a bargain, you're paying attention.
7. We charge premium because we deliver premium.
Our work sits in production, not in a Figma file. It runs in your customers' hands, not in a slide. Every engagement ends with something live. If it doesn't ship, we haven't done the job.
8. AI is a tool, not the product.
We build things that happen to use AI, not AI things that happen to be products. The distinction matters. Buyers can tell the difference, even when they can't articulate it. Their customers definitely can.
9. We build in public.
You'll see the work as it's being made. You'll see what we shipped last week. You'll see what we killed because it wasn't worth keeping. Hiding the process is how studios protect mediocrity. We don't have any.
10. If you came here looking for a studio, you're in the wrong building.
If you came here looking for a studio, you're in the wrong building. We're a lab. The difference matters. Studios sell hours and presentations. Labs ship work. If that distinction makes sense to you, email us. If it doesn't, there are great studios out there — we can point you at the ones doing this well.
